Return and Exchange Policy
We hope you like what you purchased! But just in case you are not 100% satisfied with the items, below is the return process you may want to know:
Return Requirements
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Our customer service will review your return or exchange application and the attached materials submitted via the designated email within 1-3 business days. The review result (approval/rejection) will be sent to you via email immediately. Please pay close attention to your email notifications. Do not return the item without our prior approval.
Please email us at service@echanfit.com stating your reason for return and attach images of the product.All returned items must be in the original packaging, unassembled, and in a resalable condition. All hardware and parts must be included. Returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival, and any missing or damaged components will result in a deduction of up to 30% from your final refund amount, or your refund request may be denied.

Exchange Policy
1. Return & Exchange Time Limit: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery for all eligible orders.
2. Eligible Exchange Scenarios: Exchanges are only applicable for items with quality defects or incorrect items shipped by our store. Exchanges are not available for non-quality related reasons (e.g., buyer's remorse, incorrect purchase, change of mind), and such requests will be processed in accordance with our return policy for unwarranted returns.
3. Exchange Application Process: To apply for an exchange, please contact our customer service via the designated email first, stating the reason for exchange and attaching relevant product images. After your application is approved by our customer service, please return the item to the designated address as required. Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the exchange criteria, we will ship a new item of the same model and specification to you within 3 business days.
4. Exchange Shipping Cost Responsibility: For exchanges due to product quality defects or shipping errors by our store, we will bear all round-trip shipping costs. For exchanges approved under special circumstances due to buyer's reasons, the buyer shall be responsible for all round-trip shipping costs.
Non-returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Return requested after 30 days.
- Missing original accessories, packaging, manuals, or parts.
- Damage caused by human error, accidental damage, or incorrect self-installation.
- Failure to provide valid proof of purchase.
- Damage caused by force majeure and other uncontrollable external factors, including fires, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
Free Gift Return & Exchange Terms
1. Free gifts included with your order are not eligible for separate return or exchange.
2. If you apply for a return or exchange of the main product, all free gifts in the order must be returned together with the main product. The gifts must be in a brand-new, unused, complete and undamaged condition. If the gifts are missing or damaged, we reserve the right to reject your return or exchange application for the main product, or deduct the corresponding amount from your refund based on the value of the gifts.
Damaged Or Lost Items
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy of that bill or receipt. Once received, please keep the original package, and please keep all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact our Customer Support Team by email at service@echanfit.com within seven calendar days of receiving a damaged shipment.
If you believe an order has been lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support Team by email at service@echanfit.com, as soon as you believe that a shipment has been lost in transit.
About Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error, we cover return shipping costs. Examples of instances may include:
- The item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part
- We shipped out the wrong item
- We shipped it to the wrong address
- We shipped a duplicate order
- Item malfunctioned during the 30 day returns period
When the Customer Pays For Return Shipping
In the case of a return due to customer error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges are paid by customer. Examples of these customer returns may include:
- Buyers remorse ("Not satisfied with performance", "Item doesn't meet my expectations", “I tried it, but I want something else”, etc.)
- No reason / No longer want
- Misinterpretation of product description (failure to fully read item details/descriptions/features)
- Order cancellation after the item has already been shipped out, even if you have not yet received the item
- Customer bought the wrong one
- Customer accidentally bought too many
- Customer accidentally provided wrong shipping address
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the refund criteria, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. After the refund is initiated, your bank or credit card company will require an additional 6-8 business days to process and post the refund to your account. The exact refund arrival time is subject to the processing speed of your payment bank or credit card company, and we have no control over this process.
