Warranty Policy

Echanfit provides this Limited Warranty, applicable solely to the non-commercial, indoor, in-home use of the Echanfit exercise equipment. Any use outside these parameters will void this warranty. For the durations specified below, covered components of the Echanfit exercise equipment are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage. This warranty is subject to the exclusions detailed herein.

This Limited Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the Echanfit exercise equipment or for a recipient of the Echanfit exercise equipment as a new gift from the original purchaser. Coverage is limited to the following components and corresponding periods.

All original components and parts (excluding pedals) are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original delivery. Pedals are not covered against normal wear and tear. Regular inspection and maintenance of the pedals for damage, loose parts, or excessive wear is essential to prevent operational failures or safety hazards.

If a defect is confirmed within the applicable warranty period, Echanfit will provide the replacement parts at no cost. Echanfit will also cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement parts to you. Please note that Echanfit does not cover any labor costs associated with the installation of replacement parts.
