About Shipping Area
At present, we only ship to the 48 US continental states, excluding AA, AE, AP, AK, HI, PR and GU. Besides, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO/DPO addresses as well.
About Shipping Fees & Method
Shipping Fee: We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders shipped to the 48 contiguous US states with no minimum purchase requirement and no additional delivery surcharges.
Shipping Method: We offer standard shipping services. To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we operate multiple warehouses across the US. Your order will be processed and dispatched from the facility closest to your shipping address. Our system automatically assigns the most optimal carrier (FedEx or UPS) for your package. Customers cannot specify the courier company.
About Delivery Time
Order Processing Time:
After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1 business day to process your order. Shipping hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Our warehouse is closed during holidays and weekends. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. The exact delivery time may vary due to factors such as the recipient's location and peak logistics periods, subject to the actual delivery status of the courier company.
Order Shipping Time:
Once your order is shipped, standard delivery takes 5-8 business days to arrive at the 48 contiguous US states.
Total Estimated Delivery Time:
The total estimated delivery time is 6–9 business days after payment, including 1 business day for order processing and 5–8 business days for standard shipping. The exact delivery time may vary due to factors such as the recipient's location, carrier service conditions, weather, holidays, and peak logistics periods. The final delivery status is subject to the carrier's tracking information.
About Taxes
Product prices include taxes and no additional taxes will be charged.
Split Shipments & Multiple Packages
If you order several items which are stored in different warehouses, your order will be shipped in multiple packages. No additional shipping fees will be incurred for split shipments, and all packages are eligible for free standard shipping. Different packages may have different shipping and delivery times, and you will receive separate shipping notifications for each package via email.
Damages & Issues
If the item arrives damaged or is different from what you order, please contact us (service@echanfit.com) and we will see how we can help with it. For all subsequent processing such as return, exchange or reshipment, please follow the specific rules in our Refund Policy.
